Locket Wallet Digital Asset Custody Agreement

  • Users are required to read all the contents of this agreement before use and proceed to use it only if they accept it.
  • Locket Wallet does not store any information about your wallet's private key online, and your private key is only kept on the device where Locket Wallet is installed.
  • The user is responsible for backing up and protecting the private key outside of Locket Wallet, and Locket Wallet has no responsibility for the protection and maintenance of your private key and assets outside of the Locket Wallet software platform.
  • The possibility of using the created or imported wallet's private key in Locket Wallet in other similar software exists, and the user agrees that the responsibility for protecting their assets when using the private key of the wallet in similar software is the user's responsibility.
  • The use of the WalletConnect software to connect the wallet to various apps and DEXs is possible, and the user agrees that the responsibility for monitoring and ensuring the security and performance of third-party software is the user's responsibility, and Locket Wallet has no responsibility for reviewing and warning about these software and potential loss of user assets.

  • Any negligence of users in safeguarding security information, including the private key of the wallet, is the responsibility of the user, and Locket Wallet has no responsibility.
  • Locket Wallet, as a digital asset custody platform, has no responsibility for user transactions and their results.
  • The use of third-party software available in Locket Wallet, in which the use of these software and services is subject to the terms and conditions of each of these software, and Locket Wallet has no responsibility for protecting the information entered in these software and the assets held in these software.
  • The user agrees that, given the possibility of adding custom tokens to Locket Wallet by the user, the responsibility for protecting assets and identifying scam and fake tokens is the user's responsibility, and Locket Wallet has no responsibility for losing user assets in case of misuse.
